Caught in neighbouring Mounts Bay in the shadow of St Michaels Mount, Sardines (often called Pilchards) are a small, oily fish packed with Omega-3 oils. They have a great-tasting meaty texture, ideal for barbecuing or as part of a salad or a stargazy pie!
We prepare Sardines in the following ways:

- Butterfly Filleted
- Headed and gutted
